We are looking for artists willing to create or showcase existing artworks for a charity exhibition at our gallery in support of an Italian adoption center.
What do we require?
Applicant informations (Your CV, social media accounts and a small portfolio).
One artwork per artist.
Pictures of the artwork, if the artwork is already existent (3-10 pics).
Project of the artwork, if the artwork is not already existent.
Description of the artwork with name, size, materials, etc...
Selection Process
The open call closes on December 20th. Selected artists will be contacted within 1 week of this date.
Selected artworks must arrive at the gallery no later than January 10, 2025.
Revenue Share Policy
Typically, the revenue from sold artworks is split 50%-50% between the artist and the gallery. However, as this event is dedicated to charity, the split will be adjusted to 60% for the gallery and 40% for the artist.
The gallery's entire share will be donated to the selected rescue association. Artists have the option to donate their share as well (details about the rescue association will be provided soon).
Exhibition Highlights
During the exhibition, representatives from the rescue association will be present to share information about their work and activities. Visitors will also have the opportunity to purchase artworks to support this cause.
Participation Terms
Participation is free of charge—there are no entry or participation fees. However:
Artists are responsible for the production of their artwork.
Transportation of the artwork to and from the gallery will also be at the artist's expense and responsibility.
